Let's start 2026 with a BANG on the most epic girls trip! January is our favourite time to get away - especially to the scuba diving mecca that is RAJA AMPART! Marine life does not get any more prolific than in Raja Ampat. So far, over 1500 species of fish have been recorded, 537 corals and nearly 700 mollusc species. Almost all of the hard coral species to be found in the coral triangle can be found here. While scuba diving Raja Ampat, you will find wobbegong, dolphins, manta rays, turtles, whales, nudibranchs, lionfish, sea dragons, giant trevallies and so much more. Nearly 300 fish species were once counted in a single dive! It's not just ALL about diving though, we will be taking an excursion on land to visit one of the most beautiful viewpoints in the world, and visit a local community who live off the ocean around them.

The Amira will be our home for the 10 days in Raja Ampat. Amira is a wooden boat built locally by indigenous craftsmen according to ancient Pinisi ship builders’ traditions. The boat is equipped with a state-of-the-art navigation and security system and top-notch rescue equipment. Amira is 52 meters long and offers 10 comfortable cabins, each equipped with a personal shower, toilet and natural lighting. In addition, there is a cozy restaurant, a romantic lounge and a very spacious sun and dive deck. The dive deck is a generously designed space where every diver has their own designated space to gear up, it holds several rinse tanks, plenty of surface space and a large camera room.
Girls that Scuba stayed on this boat on our 2019 Komodo liveaboard and 2024 Raja Trip and fell in love with its traditional structure and its large space - hence why this is our 3rd time back! All cabins have twin beds perfect for solo female divers.
Minimum 50 dives (Open Water or above however Advanced is recommended). Please note there can be strong currents in Raja you should have experience with diving in currents.

It's time to experience Raja Ampat on land. This Eco-Friendly Resort is located on Wai Private Island, you'll stay in a beach bungalow with ensuite bathrooms, impeccable service, and essential facilities. The bungalows are made in traditional Papuan Style using only local natural materials with a front beach position, ensuring the freshness of the ocean in the room.
Wai is a private island that belongs to Raja Ampat's archipelago, entirely surrounded by a beautiful white sand beach. The coral atoll is covered by lush equatorial vegetation, home to exotic birds, coconut crabs, and endemic cuscus.
Our schedule here is to relax, be at one with nature, snorkel (diving is possible in their on site dive centre, at an extra cost) and enjoy our last few days together. Spa treatments are available and all meals are served on their restaurant on stilts overlooking the Raja Ampat Ocean, freshly prepared daily and washed down with cocktails or beers (extra charge on drinks)
